At Belle Vie, we strive to deliver your products in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives broken, damaged, or opened, we are here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

• The product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery
• The seal is broken or opened at the time of receiving
• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video)

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item was opened or damaged after delivery
• The issue is reported after 24 hours
• The product has been used or tampered with
